Destination Weddings
Singular ceremonies staged in the world's most extraordinary settings — palaces on lakes, cliffside villas above the Amalfi, private islands in the Indian Ocean. Every logistic hidden. Every emotion held.
Destination Weddings, Designed From Delhi
A destination wedding is not simply a wedding held elsewhere. It is a five-day guest experience, a private travel programme, a hospitality operation and a piece of creative direction — all folded into one. We plan destination weddings across India and internationally from our Delhi studio, and we take responsibility for every element from the moment your first guest lands.
We work with families choosing Udaipur's lake palaces, Jaipur's heritage forts, Jodhpur's sandstone havelis, Goa's private villas, Kerala's backwater retreats, Rajasthan's tented desert camps and Rishikesh's riverfront resorts. Internationally, we regularly stage weddings in Como and the Amalfi Coast, Provence and Paris, Thailand's private islands, the UAE's coastal resorts and the Maldives.
Logistics That Disappear
Destination weddings live or die on logistics: charter flights and visas, room-block negotiations, cargo and décor freight, artist travel, permits, catering imports and local vendor management. Our operations team owns this entire layer so that the family and their guests never see the machinery running underneath.
Every guest receives a personalised welcome kit, a printed itinerary, WhatsApp concierge access and a room-by-room hospitality plan. Airport arrivals are staged with meet-and-greet, luggage handling and curated transfers. Dietary preferences, room preferences and companion arrangements are captured in a private guest CRM long before wheels touch down.
Design That Belongs to the Place
The most memorable destination weddings feel of the place, not shipped to it. In Udaipur, we lean into lake reflections and mirrored floral installations. In Jaipur, we work with hand-block artisans and pink-city palettes. In Como, we let the water and the villa architecture do most of the talking. Our creative direction always starts with the geography and builds outward.
— Frequently Asked
Questions we hear often
How far in advance should we plan a destination wedding?+
Twelve to eighteen months for peak-season Indian destinations (October–March) and international weddings; nine months for shoulder-season Indian dates. Prime venues in Udaipur, Jaipur and Como are typically blocked a year out.
Do you handle guest travel and visas?+
Yes. Our destination weddings include full guest travel management — group air, ground transfers, hotel blocks, visas where needed, and a private concierge desk from arrival to departure.
What are the most requested destinations right now?+
Within India: Udaipur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Goa and Rishikesh. Internationally: Lake Como, the Amalfi Coast, the South of France, Phuket and the Maldives.
Is a destination wedding more expensive than a Delhi wedding?+
Not necessarily. Because guest counts are usually tighter (100–300 rather than 800–1500), a destination wedding can be comparable in overall spend to a large Delhi wedding — with a more curated experience per guest.
