Luxury Wedding Planning

Elevate Experiences is a full-service luxury wedding planning atelier headquartered in Delhi, working with a small number of discerning families each year. We are not a mass-market planner and we do not sell packages. Instead, every wedding is designed from a blank page — the palette, the choreography, the guest journey, the food narrative, the moment your parents walk you down the aisle. Nothing is templated, and nothing is decorated by default.

Our founders, Namay and Muskan Malhotra, come from a production background across brand campaigns, feature films and large-format events. That lens shapes how we plan weddings — as productions where every frame is intentional, every transition is rehearsed, and every detail carries the family's story. It is why couples who care about design, taste and privacy quietly refer us to their closest friends.

Our engagement typically begins nine to eighteen months before the wedding date. We start with an intimate two-hour discovery session at your home or ours, where we listen — to the couple, to the parents, to the private references and reservations that never make it to Pinterest boards. From that conversation, we shape a written creative brief and a preliminary budget architecture that we refine as the design evolves.

From there, we take full ownership of venue scouting and negotiation across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Jaipur and destination locations across India and abroad. We manage the design and production of every function — mehendi, sangeet, haldi, wedding ceremony, reception and any private welcome or farewell moments in between. Vendor curation, budgeting, contract negotiation, guest logistics, hospitality management, entertainment sourcing, food and beverage design, protocol and photography direction all live under one roof.

On the days of the wedding itself, our senior team runs a minute-by-minute production schedule with a floor manager, hospitality lead, décor lead, artist liaison, guest-experience lead and a discreet family concierge. You will never be asked who is coordinating with the photographer or whether the pandit has arrived — those questions are already answered before you think of them.

The families we work with tell us the same thing after the wedding: it felt calm. That calm is engineered — through rehearsals, redundancy, hospitality briefings and a production discipline borrowed from film. It is also earned through restraint. We say no to décor that does not serve the moment, no to programming that pads the schedule, and no to trends that will look dated in a year of wedding photographs.
