Negotiation & Contracting
We negotiate room blocks, F&B minimums, vendor policies, décor restrictions, alcohol licensing, noise ordinances, permit windows, cancellation clauses and force-majeure protections on your behalf. Our knowledge of what each venue will actually flex on saves clients materially on the final contract.
